Pami lands mega contract with federal government once again

Belgian workspace designer Pami secured a €56 million mega order in September 2022. Now, four months later, they’re popping the champagne open again. “In addition to the office furniture order, we can now supply office chairs and acoustic elements to the federal public services,” explains CEO Lode Essers.
“As a start for 2023, this is obviously a big boost: a four-year, €25,1 million framework contract,” agrees Managing Director Goswin Fijen. “We have been combining our sustainable, proprietary product range with a strong and loyal supplier network for years to create inspiring work environments. We managed to secure this mega-contract together with our partners FLOKK for the office chairs and Buzzispace in terms of acoustic elements.”
“This new economic momentum is once again very satisfying, but, of course, also creates challenges,” explains CEO Hendrik Essers. “As we announced last year, we are looking for 50 new employees. A number of vacancies have since been filled, but the search for qualified employees is ongoing. In addition to machine operators (metal and wood), welders, varnishers, and mechanics, we also need drivers and installers. Interested parties can always view our vacancies on our website."
